We are an artisanal bakery based in Kentish Town utilising the best ingredients to produce incredible bread, pastries, salads, sandwiches and coffee. Everything is made fresh on-site by our talented team of experienced bakers, chefs and baristas.
We are proud to work with great suppliers that provide the best ingredients with which to craft our products. We buy British milk and cultured butter from Estate Dairy, who source directly from Somerset farms. Our flours come from Shipton Mill, Cann Mill, Wildfarmed and Gilchesters - British companies using a variety of traditional techniques to produce the finest organic flour. Our coffee is sourced directly from our friends at Saint Espresso who have created a delicious Kossoffs blend just for us.
Our products are at the forefront of what we do - we aspire to continually produce some of the best bread, pastries, salads, sandwiches and coffee in London.
We are open 7 days a week; Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and weekends from 8am to 3pm.

Beginning in the 1920s and continuing today, Kossoffs Bakeries have a rich history involving two countries, many bakeries and countless bakers. Now in 2023 Aaron Kossoff is continuing that history with his own take on the traditional businesses.
